THE FASHION TRENDS TO DOMINATE THIS FALL

From the runways to the streets of paris, new york, london and milan, here are the trends that took over the fashion scene and will dominate the fall 2021 season.

MAKE IT BRIGHT!

Say it with color this Fall! Yup, you read that right, color! We are used to seeing the Fall season be covered with nudes and grays and many toned down colors, but this season the runway was full of bright colors.

Designers opted for bright hues that matched well together. It’s mustard meets lemon at Jilting Sander, bubblegum pink means marigold at Miu Miu and lavender meets rust at Patou.

TAILORED ON TAILORED

This trend is for the woman who loves a power suit and ants to make it even more powerful by layering the suit.

How else can you stand out? By adding more layers to the traditional classic pant suit. Designers like Peter Do (image from The Cut), and Prada have taken the lead in empowering this trend.

THE CHUNKY BOOT

We’ve seen this trend for the past year or so starting to take on, but this season it seems like the deja-vu chunky boot has gotten a new layer to make it even chunkier. In this case, the chunkier the better!

If worn right, this trend can be very stylish, for example, pair the boots with a toned down outfit, go for a tailored look from the top to even out the chunkiness of the boots. You can also pair them with straight cut jeans or stove pipe jeans, a camel tone long coat and a sleek hair do with chunky hoops.

Our top choice for this trend would be from Bottega Veneta, who have added not only a layer to the boot, but a colorful layer! Which definitely makes it stand out even more.

KNITTED IN KNIT

Designers have always loved a good knit. And this season did not disappoint.

Mega houses like Fendi, Prada and Jil Sander have all created the knit dress, wrapping from the shoulders, off the shoulder and all the way down, for a midi look or ultra split look to show off some legs.

We personally love this trend specially worn in a monochromatic way. For example choose a tone for your knit dress, then apply it to your bag, boots and accessories. A nude knit dress with a nude bag and boots paired with gold hues for accessories is a sure show stopper.
