PFW IN ALL ITS GLORY PARIS FASHION WEEK WAS THE BEST WAY TO END FASHION MONTH In this article we will be highlighting the top designers/shows as well as all the trends we saw on the runway that kept us wanting more. Here’s a look at what you’ll be wearing six months down the line: JOHNATHAN ANDERSON FOR LOEWE The Loewe show was something everyone was talking about. The collection designed by Johnathan Anderson featured cars trapped in hems, high-heel pumps entirely stuffed into tube dresses, as well as balloons, there were balloons stuffed between sandal straps, as well as placed on top of clothes as bras with the knots bobbling as to resemble nipples. The designer always tries to have a play on reality vs logic and this collection was completely illogical yet absolutely possible. “A balloon creates tension,” Anderson observed. “It will pop. It won’t last forever.” Photo courtesy of vogue.com valentino goes monochrome in pink Designer Pierpaolo Piccioli opted for an entirely monochromatic runway this season for the Valentino Fall 2022 show. The entire stage was covered in a hot pink to match the head-to-toe pink looks as well. A-listers and attendees got a clue of what to expect on the runway by receiving a pink invitation to the show which came as a pink box containing many pink items as thought to set the scene for the upcoming show. The collection was breathtaking in every way, the show was mesmerizing for the eyes to see everything in one color with the occasional black outfits that also walked the runway creating an extraordinary contrast across the stage. Almost every outfit featured the new sky-high platforms the designer unveiled in the previous collection for Spring 2022 as well as the Roman Stud elements in the accessories and bags. For us, this show had to be featured on our top shows list as it was exceptional. biker CHIC AT MIUMIU Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit.
